One member leads to another member who leads to another member! That's how it was this month.
Raul referred Cindy and she became a member. Cindy referred Susie and Susie became a member!
Susie is making a referral, so stay tuned next month to find out what happens!
Maybe we should start a game to see who can generate the longest string of referrals?
According to Nielsen, 92% of our audience will trust a referral if it is given from someone they know. In fact, people are 4 times more likely to join a club if referred to it by a friend!

Validating Our Achievements...
Gina Lovick, DTM completes all of Pathways!
Gina began her first path in Pathways in August 2018. By November 2021 she had completed 5 Paths. It wasn't until she was inspired to create VIP Online Toastmasters that Gina decided to go for it and set the goal of completing all 11 Paths.
Completing the remaining 6 Paths only took 6 months! The secret to her success was an unconventional idea: Use the projects in the remaining Paths to create VIP Online Toastmasters!
Her Pathways recipe for this secret sauce was: Effective Coaching, Innovative Planning, Persuasive Influence, Presentation Mastery, Team Collaboration and Motivational Strategies.
Thanks to all of the Toastmasters and VIP Online Toastmasters members who helped make this achievement possible.
Last, but not least, Gina has also completed the Pathways Mentor Program. Anyone can pursue this program after they complete Level 2 in any Path. This program requires a 6 month commitment to mentoring a protégé.
Access to information about the Mentor Program is included in the accessible learning materials for every path. Look for the folder named Pathways Mentor Program. Members who do not use accessible materials can learn how to access the program from this video link.
While each member has their own unique Pathways experience, it takes a lot of teamwork to facilitate each individual's progress. Thanks to all our members for working together as a team!

Announcing the 2021 Online Convention Experience! Last year marked an exciting time in Toastmasters convention history—the first-ever online convention was born. That experience will continue with the recent Board of Directors’ decision to conduct an online convention August 23-28, 2021. You don't want to miss this opportunity. The International convention is chocked full of workshops and, of course, the World Champion of Public Speaking® final competition.
