A Club Designed Especially for the Blind and Low Vision

Line drawing of speaker at lectern in front of audienceDuring the Covid lockdown, Gina Lovick and her husband Ted Shelley made lemon aid out of lemons, by establishing an online only Toastmasters club. The special and unique aspect of this club is it would be designed for the unique needs of blind and vlow vision people. Ted, being blind had the insight and Gina with the web know how combined their skills, energy and ambition to fulfill a fantastic mission. The Toastmasters International organization has done their best to catch up, but this club will go the extra mile to ensure you get everything you need to become a successful Toastmaster, regardless of your level of vision.

We have designed a set of tools specific for the Blind and Low Vision Toastmaster.  These fully accessible tools provide a seamless experience when managing the Timer, Ah Counter, and Grammarian roles during any meeting.  Our dedicated engineers have dramatically improved these tools during the spring of 2026 and they are available for free to anyone in the world.  Just visit our Tools and Downloads page and discover the ease of access that is now available.

Our club is open to all and we look forward to supporting you through your Toastmaster journey.  Ready to join us? We meet most Sundays from 3:30pm to 5:00pm Eastern Time / 12:30pm - 2:00pm Pacific Time USA. If you would like an agenda, just Send a message through our contact form and we'll do our best to get it to you before the meeting..

Gina Lovick Memorial Fund

The Gina Lovick Memorial Fund was established to honor our late founder, Gina Lovick. The fund can provide financial assistance to blind and low vision individuals who wish to improve their communication and leadership skills in order to build self confidence and personal growth. This can help defray the cost of membership dues for VIP Online Toastmasters.
